Shipping policy


Order processing

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM Miami time (Eastern Time) on a business day ship the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on a weekend or holiday, ship the next business day.

Backorders

If an item is not in stock, it will be placed on backorder and shipped as soon as it is restocked.

Delivery times within the United States

Delivery times are counted from the day your order ships:

  • Orders under $80: 2–5 business days
  • Orders of $80 or more: 2–3 business days

Shipping costs

Shipping within the United States is free on all orders. International orders are charged shipping at checkout.

Carriers

  • Within the United States: UPS, FedEx and USPS
  • International orders: DHL Express Worldwide, typically 1–3 business days to most major international destinations

International orders

Customs duties, import taxes and fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Local pickup is free. Select Local Pickup at checkout.

There is no time limit to collect your products once your order is paid.
